Discover the quiet power of looking. The Observational Sketching Method™ is a weekly guided sketch session that helps children, teens, and adults reconnect with the world through direct observation. All you need is a sketchbook, about four pencils (HB-4B), an eraser, and an hour of uninterrupted attention.

Even online, these low-cost sessions give participants a space for calm, focused creativity using only a few simple materials.

• Delivered entirely on Zoom

• Low-cost, easy to implement, no materials required beyond a sketchbook, eraser and two or four pencils (HB, B, 2b, 4b)

The Netherlands

• Available on Zoom or on-site (depending on location)
• On-site sessions include travel costs

Travel & Materials Policy

• Travel within your city/region: included
• Travel outside the region: public transport reimbursement
• Materials provided by the host, if available (simple: pencils HB–B4, erasers, sketchbooks); otherwise, participants bring their own. Additional materials pack: €3–€4 per child
